Usage and dosage:

The maximum dose is once a day. Tadalafil is effective up to 36 hours after taking the drug, so the appropriate dose should be considered.

• Renal Impairment: No dosage adjustment is necessary in patients with mild renal impairment. Patients with moderate renal impairment should be started at 5 mg, up to a maximum of 10 mg every 48 hours. In patients with severe renal impairment, the maximum dose is 5mg.

• Hepatic impairment: Patients with mild and moderate hepatic impairment should not exceed 10mg/day. Patients with severe liver failure should not use this drug.
